Ildikó Mueller is an international leadership and organizational development specialist. Her focus is on helping organizations deliver value through people. As a coach she assists executives in developing their self-awareness and improving their leadership skills. In many cases enhanced leadership competencies already lead to a considerable stress reduction. Coaching leaders towards excellence is therefore an important building block of the Work-Life-Balance Project.
Eia Escher is a sports physical therapist, nutrition consultant and Nordic Walking instructor. In the scope of the Work-Life-Balance Project she gives an introduction into Nordic Walking. This is an ideal sport to help counter-balance the negative symptoms of stress such as cardio-vascular and metabolic diseases, weight problems etc. Eia also introduces a back and neck strengthening program which was developed by the Sports University of Frankfurt. Dysfunctions in this area of the body are often evoked by stress. A short presentation on nutrition completes Eia’s contribution on physical fitness.
Karin Kuhn is a certified color therapist and shares her deep knowledge of the power and influence of colors on body, soul and spirit. Colors have a conscious or subconscious impact on our feelings and moods. The knowledge of the effects of the various colors allows us to systematically include them into every day life and to improve our mental and emotional balance. Therefore, this important building block was added to the Work-Life-Balance Project. Karin’s introduction into the power of colors is complemented by practical examples.
