 considerably more stress at the workplace

 Therefore, their performance is often limited
 as they suffer from ill health.


The Work-Life-Balance Project offers efficient tools to improve the life and work situation of the individual. These tools are introduced within the scope of a workshop.

Mental and emotional balance, self-awareness, nutrition, and physical fitness are some of the topics that are dealt with individually and in groups.
